BEFORE & AFTER
KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING
Complete reconfiguration including removing walls from living area and foyer to provide a more open concept design. Custom cabinetry was added to the kitchen as well as new appliances. Fixture finishes, fresh paint, and new flooring throughout all spaces.
BATHROOM
A shower was added to this bathroom and custom cabinetry was created for the addition of a double vanity and designated dressing area. Tile and wallpaper selections were made to fit the updated design.
GUEST BATHROOM
Plumbing in this bathroom was relocated make space for a new sink. Fiberglass shower insert was removed and a new tiled shower was installed.
LAUNDRY
Removed wall and relocated hot water to the corner of the room to maximize space. Double vanity was removed to provide a sink and folding area for laundry.
EXTERIOR
Updated attic vent system, refreshed landscaping, and removed window screens.
